Noelle Espineli, MS, LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
About Me
Welcome! I’m a seasoned licensed professional counselor, and I’m here to support you on your journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life. It’s not just my profession; it’s my passion to help individuals like you explore their innermost concerns and empower them to find healing and well-being. I work from a clinical perspective founded on a strength-based, solution-focused, approach and specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am trained in DBT, which is a good fit for clients who have stalled in other therapeutic interventions.
Why Choose Me
With years of experience and a deep commitment to your well-being, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly express your thoughts and emotions. I believe that seeking help is a courageous step, and I’m here to guide you through the process.
My Approach
I employ a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, tailored to your unique needs. Whether it’s Behavioral, Biopsychosocial, Cognitive/Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Existential/Humanistic, Experiential, Narrative, Person-Centered, Psychoeducational, Psychosocial, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, together, we’ll create a customized treatment plan that suits you best.
Our Journey Together
During our therapy sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to build open and effective communication. My goal is to help you develop the mental resilience needed to lead a successful life. Together, we’ll also focus on the skill of self-compassion, equipping you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, and ultimately, to become a more productive and happier person.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you in achieving your goals for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Treatment Approach
As mentioned above, I employ a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs of my clients. While many successful treatment plans are built on foundations such as behavioral, biopsychosocial, cognitive/cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, existential/humanistic, experiential, narrative, person-centered, psychoeducational, psychosocial, and solution-focused brief therapy, I quickly adapt to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual.
In addition, I emphasize the importance of self-compassion and mindfulness in psychotherapy, supported by a growing body of research. Neuroscience studies have shown that individuals who practice these techniques tend to be happier, more resilient, and better equipped to heal from past painful memories. It’s both my honor and mission to assist my clients in overcoming the obstacles that may be preventing them from realizing their full potential, both individually and in their relationships.
